Pure Doxygen scaffolding — the \mainpage text and every \defgroup used in engine docs.
defgroups.h contains no C++ declarations. Its purpose is to carry the project-level documentation that Doxygen weaves into the generated HTML: the \mainpage text that lands on the top-level page, and the cascade of \defgroup / \ingroup stanzas that organise the engine's classes into categories (rings, ringinfo, coeffrings, polynomialrings, matrices, comp, ...). Other engine headers reference these groups by tagging their classes with @ingroup <name>, and Doxygen knits the cross-links together at build time.
Edit this file when adding a new top-level category, when the project blurb on the front page changes, or when a category needs a parent/child relationship that an @ingroup tag should inherit.
