Legacy FFLAS-FFPACK dispatcher for DMat<R> — entirely #if 0'd out, retained as a history marker.
Before the engine standardised on aring-zzp-ffpack.hpp plus the templated linear-algebra machinery in mat-linalg.hpp, each combination of (coefficient ring, operation) had its own hand-written dispatcher; this file was the FFLAS-FFPACK branch — rank, LU, and friends gated by an enable_if<is_givaro_or_ffpack> template guard so only FFLAS-compatible rings (Z/p over FFLAS, Givaro-backed GF) could instantiate them. The implementations have since been folded into dmat.cpp and the per-ring DMat<R> specialisations, where the back-end calls happen inline rather than routed through a separate dispatcher.
The entire body is wrapped in #if 0 and excluded from the build. The file is kept so historical grep for "FFPACK" surfaces this code path's origin and so the @jakob notes inside (improvements that eventually made it into the live path) remain locatable. A future cleanup pass is expected to delete the file.
